You’re in the right place. Custom orders start with a design deposit to secure design time and get your mockup started. This helps ensure serious requests and allows me to give each custom the attention it deserves. Here’s how it works:

 1. Choose the appropriate Custom Design Deposit (Simple, Advanced, or Commercial)

2. Submit your request details after checkout

3.  Receive your mockup for review

4. Approve the design and complete the remaining balance

 5.  Your order goes into production Design Deposits:

 • Are non-refundable once design work begins

 • Are applied toward your final order when you move forward • Include a limited number of revisions based on the design tier

Important Notes:

• Design work does not begin until the design deposit is paid

 • Additional revisions or new concepts may require an additional deposit

• Turnaround time varies based on order size and complexity
